Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. if damaged, the item(s) will be replaced within a week. If any items are lost in transit replacement will be shipped after confirmation that your parcel is not delivered. If packages are lost due to customer providing a wrong address Khiangte Skincare will not bare the cost or replaced lost items.
